It's actually 157K$ worth of "Factored receivables" issued on 05/11/2022 that led to the issuance of 8m shares on 06/01/2022 = 0.019625$/share which is still way above the current price, but nowhere near 0.15625$ (Even if you are right and it's on a 125K$ loan, it is still way lower than 0.15625$/share)

Yes, he did help HRZN merge with a SPAC that was valued at 2.2B$ SPAC prior to business combination closing (Significantly less, now)

Michael Balkin still holds a 125K$ Convertible note and 160K$ Bridge Loan

Ya, in the Balance Sheet the Curent Liabilities appears to be really low, but it seems like it is a mistake.

It specifically refers to the Long-Term Liabilities with (Section 3B)

And if we go to Section 3B, we see that all notes are currently way past Maturity, which means they are past due, which menas they are Current Liabilities, at best, and actually, should be considered in Default (If the Noteholder hasn't call it in default, then they are free to not mention that, I guess)

I really like the fact that Dell mentions OneMind and that they'll be at their kiosk at the Barcelona Expo, this week.

It's pretty much the reason why I'm buying, even with how shitty it trades and how much Convertible debts is/was outstanding as of June 30, 2024.

1.6m$ contract for NEOM is better than nothing, but I was expecting way more than that, before I learned about the existence of such contract with NEOM. (Wasn't aware that the company mentioned that they would be more contract for that, in 2025, though, that's encouraging)

We better be at the bottom, at some point this selling pressure will stop, right...right???
