Nor does his partner in HAMILTON STREET ASSOCIATES --Perry Pavicic-- strike me as able to personally finance or qualify for loans sufficient to build an apartment/ retail project like 510 Hamilton. As this shows, Pavicic created of RECON SERVICES LLC in 1985 which--
