What?  Im not sure you understand that his stock isnt worth anything until $5.  Typically it is awarded at market.  Never enough for some I guess.

I think his salary is very reasonable.  Remember that polymers were not even on the industry roadmap when he joined.

X, it has taken longer than expected but it is what it is.
