getting put off by e and y causing further

delay of an SMCI 10K filing...

could be other tech companies that

get more scrutiny then also...

big money holding those long call

positions on tech wouldn't like it...

THERE is something behind the delay...

e and y could have done a disclosure

statement on things not known by them

beforehand and earned their money...

tech companies selling products to LLCs

with foreign ties that aren't disclosed could

be most likely suspect to watch for...

Gov't should have to give tech companies

a list of foreign companies banned to help

police the 'no sale category'...

heck, amazon set up an LLC to buy

property near Birmingham, Al. to buy

up property before later building there...

That kind of silent stuff is done in all

types of things and for good or bad...
