Beyond safety and tolerability, there are a few impactful factors for MAA success, like the efficacy of the S1WT subgroup and OLE 96-week data. Would the SS sig outcome of both primary endpoints of either the S1WT subgroup or OLE change your approval outlook? The S1 activation/correlation and DNA details seem less relevant in the submission.
