Former Governor Hogan is well behind in the Senatorial race. The seat will go to Democrat Alsobrooks, or should I say Also-a-crook. IMO, she might be prosecuted for financial fraud, if allegations are true. No problem there. The Governor, the next Great Black Hope for President, would appoint a Democrat to replace her.
