That criteria for a price prediction is to subtly elicit a low price prediction and have those numbers make their impressions in the minds of new and existing investors.
IE MAA decision, assume no other news, on day 1 only, extra market manipulation that day, and to make this prediction now when price is at its most extremely manipulated level. Trojan horse to make Longs become sellers post approval.

It is better to predict where it is 3 months post approval or 6 months or 1 year, I bet we have a much different positive answer.
