Post #38993:
so Sonny will dilute you into oblivion, and you will justify it with that statement?
what's the point? a moral victory that it is grossly undervalued regardless of how diluted you are?
My response:

Why are you trying to get me to sell?
Atlanta 2 posts later:
i truly am sorry for your losses, now and to come...
This statement here suggests that Atlanta1 knew the offering was coming and likely that the stockprice was going to continue to be driven down despite the fact that Sintx has only released positive news outside of the offerings.
Feb 7th Sintx announced offering price and then on Feb 8th I sent a private message to Atlanta1 saying the following (Wednesday, February 08, 2023 10:28:18 AM)
I'm an idiot and you knew this was coming when it shouldn't have. Thanks for the warning.
Several months later after ConforMIS went private these post occurred in June & Sept. This account is known for posting BS, but there can be truth intermixed so i feel these two quotes are worth highlighting.

Look at CFMS which is acquired for roughly USD 21 Million after having a USD 560 million deficit over the years. A punch in longterm shareholders face. CFMS CEO is a good friend of Sonny btw. This is exactly what would happen here if SINT would get bought someday. Smart story with SINT as with CFMS. Only management profits after years of dilution.

Btw CFMS buyout is completed. Shareholder fraud completed. CEO good friend of Sonny. Sonny will do the same and sell for pennies in the dollar. Shreprice or buyout price here will never recover and be max. USD 10-20 million If ever happening.
The next thing i found odd was how after so many years of voting for employee incentive plans with no issue, the 2023 vote was conveniently rejected before what would become another RS in 2024. Meaning shareholders will likely vote on it again this Fall at the annual shareholder meeting. Employees deserve to reap the benefits for their hard work, i have no issue with that. My issue is the rejection of the plan is highly convenient because if the plan would have been passed, then that plan share count would have been reduced from like 1.4m shares to like 7k. If it passes this Fall the count should be more than 130k if its 10% of OS. Essentially what im saying is this all looks orchestrated because they knew/planned for a RS in 2024. A RS made possible by Anson and its family of funds illegally naked shorting the heck out of Sintx offerings.
Then there was the fact that i tried to get other posters to talk about NP Aerospace and only after claiming that these accounts seem bound not to talk about NP Aerospace would they even mention its name. Its because of this

For years ive been trying to understand why Sintx was so undervalued. For the longest time i thought it was because Sintx was under attack by hostile interests trying to acquire Sintx or slow Si3N4 development. However more recently it seems like parties bashing Sintx are not really hostile and that maybe they are trying to keep Sintx undervalued for reasons still unknown.
One thing you will not see talked about here or other social media platforms is NP Aerospace, outside of myself that is. It would seem that posters are bound by the NDA agreement Sintx has in place with that company.
The next big clue something was up when MicTrade account, with the help of others, tried to bring my attention and thus post on Cafepharma:
Some years ago he spammed the Cafepharma and some other forums with the absolute same BS like he is doing here to lure in some new bagholders for Sonny. He also had a "blog" with some wild Amedica stories/predictions which never materialized for sure.
Why this matters? Well if Sintx does not sell to Zimmer Biomet and they can get me to say that Sintx is going to sell to Zimmer Biomet. Then they can use it to further discredit me, reinforce their narrative that im paid to post, and get readers/investors to believe that Zimmer Biomet will not acquire Sintx or its IP oneday like was indicated in 2011.
They fooled me once, i fell for it, back in 2017/2018 when i knew Zimmer Biomet was Sintx partner and knew Sintx was getting ready to sell. Naturally i put two and two together which proved to be wrong at that time. However just because Zimmer Biomet was not ready to acquire Sintx/its IP back then doesnt meant it will not eventually. Here we are again, Sintx is showing signs its getting ready to sell something but having learned a fair bit more since then, I do not think Zimmer Biomet is going to acquire Sintx/its IP YET. If it will not purchase the company now, who might? This is where NP Aerospace comes into play as it was divested from Morgan Ceramics, a company Sintx was working with, a month after Sintx closed its deal to sell Amedica name and first gen IP to CTL. About 6 months later, Donald Bray joined Sintx from NP Aerospace division of Morgan Ceramics and began
If NP Aerospace and Sintx merge in any form, (reverse merger seems likely as SINT nasdaq listing has been important to maintain) including NP taking a stake in Sintx, this means that its very possible that this was planned years ago and that Sintx was purposefully kept way undervalued so NP could acquire tech cheap as indicated by Mictrade. In my next post i'll go over how its possible that Anson and its family of funds aided this endeavor. The key here is the fact that Anson and its family of funds were shorting Sintx from 2015-2018 until Amedica divestment. Did Anson and its funds short and distort Amedica those years so CTL could acquire gen 1 tech cheap? Anson and its funds were dormant, at least in regards to filings, between 2019-2022 when Sintx was busy raising the funds its needed to acquire the defense assets that NP Aerospace would be interested in.
You can look up several of these posts but some are no longer accessible. So to validate their existence here is an image of the posts:

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at basic data?
Is it an exercise to create forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
