My X had the same thing became pregnant in HS she had the baby and gave it up for adoption.
She was thinking about her daughter that was adopted off an on her whole life then in her late 40's
she reunited with her daughter found she had great parients and had a great life was married and was working at a Nutra systems Co. The relation ship between them did not last long just long enough for the daughter to know that she was put up for adoption so she could have a better life then what my X could provide at the time and for my X to know that she did the right thing.

I will say that it is inportent for a woman to have a choice

And that ALL the consequences are talked about with an abortion

Like how will you feel in 5 Years 10 Years after the abortion
