This is likely, imo.

Either that, or they would file for an extension on the Q and PR the approval on the 14th (in this scenario) followed by the Q.

So yeh, let's look for a form 12B-25 on the 12th as something to get excited about. I think pending material news release is valid for an extension....could be wrong on that.
