Hey, guess what. The cable guy came and fixed our internet problem.

And.... my memory chips arrived today from Dell, and I installed them. My laptop just went from half a Gig or RAM to 2 Gigs. I just opened all the big programs on my computer at once, and everything ran really well. What a difference!
