No not yet.  There isn't a RS until they have some sort of revenue generation or inroads to UI.  At least that's what they promised so long ago and that is how it's stated on the S1.  Soooooo the throught is this will move IF TPT executes and is on path to any sort of possibility of uplist.  So imo it won't happen until then.  However.  They do have a lot of shares they have to release to pay some debt and get UI minority acquisition.  Not sure what will come. I'm betting no RS until something big occurs.  That's just my imo.  Good luck.
