That is not accurate. The latest filing did not say they would not give any further updates.
The 10q said they would give no “interim steps.”

Exactly what LP said, and then defined interim steps as substantive back and forth.

Then 30 days later gave a scheduling update on inspections.

You have to know the difference between “interim steps” as defined by Linda Powers, versus inspection scheduling.
