Is there any chance this was shorted to the ground? Think about it. With no news or business action to report. It would have been easier for the powers at be to short it between .005 and .0001, not report any news for as many months as possible (while actually maintaining sec reporting), run it to .0001 and snag up shares, make profit, and then join everyone else as it rises again on new news VS no news, and no easy gain in share price on the upward.
