Those of you who have what you deem to be a "Core" position in
NBRI should give serious consideration to having those Shares
in either :
1. Certificate form; or
2. Direct Registration with the Transfer Agent.
It will depend on your Broker which you want to use.
Some Brokers are now charging an arm and a leg for a
paper Cert; some still aren't. Check that first, of course.
Most Brokers are doing DRS for a nominal Fee, or even FREE!

Why do this? It makes those Share now UNAVAILABLE to the
CrimNakes for them to play their stock version of "check kiting" via
the loophole in the DTC's "Continuous Net Settlement" system.
Every Share taken away from their purview puts them in a bigger
bind.
