Asinine comment.When you look at NWBO's actions regarding it's spoofing lawsuit (which is a necessary step to get to the issue of naked-shorting), and Cofer Black's background, expertise and connections, one would have to be a complete fool not to see the cause-and-effect relationship here. It's not that Black "Could" do the following... He did much of it and is actively doing the rest.
