Okay this snack is really good depending on ones taste. I have some Finnish hard tack, a farmers market jar of maple, bacon and onion jam and some ham coldcut slices. Butter the tack, smear on the jam then top with a slice of thin deli ham.

Hard as hell to chew for me, but it's really good. I absolutely love this jam on an everything bagel. Even more savory with cream cheese.
