Why would you make that assumption? Considering his background, I would assume he was brought on to figure out who was manipulating the SP and why they were doing so. Then formulate a strategy on how to deal with the manipulation. Lawyers don’t take cases on contingency unless they see a clear case. Do you really think LP made a cold call to NWBO and said I believe 7 market makers are manipulating your SP and I will file a case on your behalf? It doesn’t work that way.
I believe the day LP accepted the case on contingency is the day he earned his keep.
