Hello North, I appreciate all of your posts, very informative. It's called Re-Mag Ionic Magnesium. I get it on Amazon, but have saved a little $ ordering direct from the Re-mag site. I take the recommended 150 mg daily or 1/2 teaspoon. I add to a big travel bottle of ice water and drink it all day. There's a little bit of taste, but I've actually begun to like it.....
I take this version because like many of the tablet forms of supplements, i.e., calcium and others, they aren't fully absorbed.
