If the bonuses were because of the uplist and that uplist was made because of KNOWN MISGUIDANCES (i.e., time-lines), and the INSIDERS knew and benefited DIRECTLY due to the KNOWN MISGUIDANCES, well then, torpedoes may rock that ship jumper and the insiders.
That could be a type of FRAUD.
