If a storm in Atlantic gets up near tropical storm status by the time it reaches around Puerto Rico, then it should start guiding itself north thru a gap east of Bermuda out in the Atlantic... If that stormy area stays weaker then it could keep drifting east toward Central America... Long shot is the stormy area in Caribbean that will move west over Central America, If it then got pushed north back into the western edge of Gulf of Mexico.... A real long shot like Milton was... No models are expecting that at this time... so we watch...LJ
