First of all Paul I don't believe that many read this board. Since what I post is from the company's own print and podcasts I can only assume that you believe there is something to hide from the few who do visit this board. Why am I the only one who posts links to Shawn Leon's podcasts? I would like to see the basis for your 50% risk factor associated with this stock that you promote. I also would also not judge those who conduct actual due diligence on these boards from the losing perch here from which you have sat for three years.

To those in here who did not yet know: ''Have to quit listening to Bubae'' ... He may be right or he may be full of it. GRST is a 50-50 bet, not an investment. Documenting and analysing the last 3 years story of this venture is a total loss of time. Only a fool would do that.

• The January podcast talks specifically to the $4 million additional debt to be converted at about 24:10 into the segment. This so called friendly debt was reworked in Q1 and is now $4,783,424 as of the end of Q1.
  
  
• Go to 11:20 in the July 18th podcast and hear Shawn Leon detail the intended use of the offering. $500K for Boca and another $1 million to help this new Kentucky situation.

Some of the series "N" notes "friendly debt" was reworked in Q1 using newly created series "R" notes. Looks like one note holder exited with interest while others paid interest from these notes. Excerpts below full text in on page 24 of the filing. The previously defaulted series "N" notes have new expiration dates of December 2024 and December 2025. The series "N: balance as of June 30th $3,701,846 down from $4,228,161 as of December 31st 2023, chart page 17 of Q2 filing. Add in the new series "R" notes totaling $1,081,578 as of June 30th, page 18, we have a new total $4,783,424 of so called "friendly debt".
