Well, usa was/is the puppet......israel is the puppet master. However there's another argument that can be made: (Got this from Alistair Crooke):

israel made a huge effort to get zionists into power in the administration........so a lot of this shit could be originating from them.......

Bottom Line: It's zionism that's causing ALL this shit......whether it's zionists in our godernment, and/or israel itself.....
