LOL For a time i wondered why i couldn't keep pork chops relatively tender, then realized, for the same reason as your pop perhaps (word was cook in case of worms), i cooked the damn things too much. Now, if doing it easy in the fry pan, get it hot then 20s on one side, 10s on the other and turn it off. Get the pre-steamed vegies already put on the plate out of the microwave and presto, delicious .. .. three minute meal.
