Hi Jim, funny you should bring this up and great timing....... I have been planning on supplementing with Magnesium because as you mentioned, most everyone is deficient.( I have no doubt that I am and I don't drink enough water. I just have to do it. )...... I also just started with D3 again today because here in the Northeast, it will be harder to get the sunshine needed to make enough of my own. So to your point, these all work together..... I'll do the magnesium, D3, and K2 daily for the next 6 months and see what that does to the numbers....... thanks for the tip and I'll dig into your ReMag suggestion. I think my A1C reading is just due to my pheno type (Lean Mass Hyper Responder) response to a super low carb diet..... there's no way I'm insulin resistant with a Trigs of 42 and HDL of 89....... thanks again. I thinks it's pretty cool to work on fine tuning my metabolism with diet adjustments...... it just works! All the best.
