Mr Cooper Group Inc fka COOP

I have also a question regarding isider-information, but not in relation to AZC, but in relation to KKR. If I remember right, KKR was something like a consulting company for Mr.Cooper - right or wrong ? So they should know very much about the company. And wouldn't they be stupid then not to buy all the shares ? So I only could imagine that they are not allowed to buy shares from Mr.Cooper due to insider-Information. Right ? What is your opinion ? On the other side they might also have spoken to them and to them .. who knows ,, Everything possible ..
