Kiwi, if they eat eggs and meat every day, they'll be too healthy to get a prescription for V. (They have some of the best practices on the planet when it comes to ethically sourced meats).... as long as they cut out the carbs.......I did get my blood work results yesterday...... so my LDL dropped to 167 from 202, HDL increased to 89.1 from 85.3 and Trigs decreased to 42 from 48. Total cholesterol is 265 from 297. The previous results were 6 months ago.........A1C is 6% (seems high to me)...... I don't recall this being checked in the past but I may not have had an interest back then. Physical next week......will be interesting to see if my PA recommends a statin again.

I do eat 5 eggs and some form of meat every day for brunch and another meal of meat for dinner so two meals a day. 2 gms of EPA a day as well. I do slide in some carbs on occasion in the form of berries, nuts, maple syrup or honey....... Ultra beer or a tasty IPA once in awhile. It will be a year next month since I began this eating lifestyle...... very easy transition especially if you like meat, eggs, and dairy.
