The lower the price goes the more share you get for a fixed price or why buy at 37 if you can buy at 29 cents . . . do the math.
If one buys at 37 cents say $10,000's worth that is 1,351,350 shares
If one buys at 29 cents say $10,000's worth that is 1,724137 shares
If NWBO sky rockets to $50's a share then the person that bought at 29 cents earned almost $400 more if they sold everything at $50
