You got it totally wrong. It is Merck that needs help from NWBO. What kind of stuff can Merck contribute? PD1 inhibitor? There are several companies that can provide pd1 inhibitor. As a matter of fact, Summit's new PD1 inhibitor beat Merck head on. I was wondering if that's the reason Baker Brothers invested heavily in Summit. What else can Merck offer? Does Merck have various types of inhibitors that can deal with immunosuppression? Now people really need to wonder if Merck made the dumbest mistake ten years ago not spending $100b to acquire $NWBO.
