On their website it says: A Holding Company Actively Pursuing Mergers and Acquisitions.

Does this sound like they will be a holding company? or it is more like a company seeking merger? Previous CIVX looks more like a holding company where they buy gas station and opened restaurants...That came w dilution...

Hopefully this more like a merger company
