Would you not agree that the company knew? Would you not agree that the company made it sound like very large deals would happen in a short amount of time?

There’s a problematic contradiction between the idea that the company learned through their mistakes just how long the process would take, and the idea that Dr. Lebby was quite aware that this would be a lengthy process - because he clearly led investors to think otherwise.

Are you unable to accept the idea that the company really kept us in the dark for the simple reason that they had to keep the doors open and keep shareholders excited in order to avoid immediate share price loss, thus threatening their funding?

I’m actually somewhat forgiving of Dr. Lebby because he’s in a tough position because a big part of His job is to keep shareholders hopeful. But I think Marcellii takes that to an extreme to the point of possible fraud and being unethical. I’m not as willing to say that for Dr. Lebby though, However the end result to shareholders of his way of communicating is much the same.

A technical question for you KCC. When we’re talking about the PIC that is not yet ready, are we talking about the final transceiver product or a combination of Modulators, couplers, wave guides,lasers etc. that is prior to creating the final completed transceiver? My impression has been the former. From what I’ve read a PIC can include or not include the transceiver depending on definitions
