DBMM not only lied about it but then they double downed on the lie! About TWO YEARS AGO, we were told they would uplist when qualified. The price went above .01 for way longer than a month. They could have applied and announced it, which would have made them credible and kept the share price where it needed to be. But no….. they didn’t even try. The lie was exposed. The price dropped, not because of bashers, but because of the company’s deceitful mess. Plain and simple. We all watched it. Don’t try to gaslight now. It was just an intentional pump n dump. You and several others (who have all deserted you, you’ll notice) should have gone to jail.
Then, amazingly, the company issued a date certain, in writing, of an uplist. No qualifications. “On or by 12/31/2023”. Plain and simple. They lied on that one too. THAT statement should have landed Linda in jail for sure. That attempted pump n dump is right there in black and white. How the SEC ignores that is a mystery. Did they issue an apology? No. An explanation? Nope. They just spat in the shareholders faces, flipped them a double bird and moved right on to the next load of easily recognizable, pure-D bullshit.
Stop…. gaslighting……everyone…. You are embarrassing yourself by even trying.
