They can articulate till the cows come home, and they have via filings, shareholders updates, and now podcasts.
Unfortunately they choose to be cryptic and vague in their communications and the broader market doesnt go for that kind of BS. Anyone who wants to delve further can see the track record. Those who choose to buy in are looking for a quick buck or a lotto ticket and this kind of buying does not create support, it creates gyrations that trick long term holders to think something is going on.
More talk is not what's needed, its more action and more successes.
None of us here matter because none of us are the 'broader market' and that is what moves the markets.
