Like everything else you state, you have your facts wrong:
Implicit was meeting the primary criteria of $0.001 and maintaining it.
.01 is required... NOT .001! Duh!
They did meet the .01 criteria for months... because they claimed that they would file for OTCQB and traders believed them and pumped up the shares! They then unloaded 30M shares to pay off some debt at the higher prices!
They never even filed for uplisting to OTCQB!
This is very damning... and I am surprised most screwed over shareholders aren't talking about legal action!
To blame it on critics who point out such things is simply ludicrous!
