@ AZ Cowboy..... well, you are certainly allowed to express your viewpoint, but so far, not one penny of relief has come back from the now closed chapter 11 restructuring....now, prove me wrong with facts, instead of admonitions of my misunderstandings about the documents as issued by the 10-k's... nowhere in any documents does it indicate further recovery is coming after 12 years!!!!....do you really believe the FDIC is dumb enough to allow WMI/WAMU to write and peddle 309 billion in MBS, then collect the fees, then put them in some sort of DST, or Trust before the filing of the chapter 11, then let them KEEP THEM AND ALSO THE FEES THAT ARE GENERATED FROM THEM, ALL THE WHILE THE FDIC IS HOLDING negative 14 billion dollars on the balance sheet?!!!!!!!!!.....please state your source of recovery so that I might be enlightened as to the ignorance of the FDIC, WMI, COOP, XXXX, JPM to give you money, or stock to make you whole again....
