Two of your questions were

As well as the DATA that the only way Campanella could make a claim of Tortuous Interference or criminal actively was committed was it Moss told him the contents of the e-mail threaten there relationship, Moss told him he felt threaten by the e-mail, Moss told him that when he tried to contact the writer of the e-mail Moss discover the writer was not apart of any legal authority and the writer of the e-mail false represented themselves as such.
If Moss did not make these complains KNOWN TO Campanella FROM THE PRIVATE E-MAIL MOSS RECEIVED we would not be discussing this topic as it would not have existed.
