No, it is not simply shorts, hedge funds etc. “voting” on management by selling or shorting shares. There is actual trading manipulation. There is a difference between the two.

The company has not yet produced what we need, namely an EMA application, followed hopefully by its acceptance. But that is neither fatal nor does it warrant the current share price. It is simply going more slowly than we’d prefer.
