Can any of the DCs you talk about digest lysate into tens of thousands peptides among which are hundreds of tumor-associated peptides bonded with MHC Class I&II molecules on dendritic cell surface and presented to immune system?

That is what DCs do. in nature. That you think this is unique to DCVax-L is funny.

The reason why these type vaccines are being trialed is that in nature the tumor has a lot of defenses to block the natural ability of the DCs to do their job. Thus maturing the DCs ex-vivo is a possible solution.

You have not said anything that would be expected to differ from the other ATL-DC's.
