Nope. You risk price war from competitors. If Merck had done enough due diligence during Duffy days, they wouldn’t want to wait this long. No point wasting so much time.

You want to bet Merck will not PR a partnership on combo trial with NWBO or buyout before end of March 2025? I gave you a much broader offer earlier but you declined! ;)
