No connection with NWBO. If Merck was interested in NWBO, they would have partnered after Duffy came back to work for them again. It’s likely that Duffy gave a negative review of the state of affairs at NWBO and any interest Merck might have had in the past stopped right there. Merck wouldn’t want to risk other competitors to outbid them post TLD or UK approval if they really thought highly of the platform.
