I'm sure Vik was offered more; though based off unreasonable Ask. Alfonso took his gloves off, and is ready to all Legal Remedies.

Hopefully both sides come to a medium. Problem I believe ; Vik wants CONTROL of COMPANY* Which wont happen. Thats the Sticking Point. Vik wants to wait years for a FINAL JUDGEMENT; Sobeit.
