That is absolutely true. The judge could be sitting down on the 30th day and the two parties could announce a settlement and cut both the receiver and the judge out of it, but it seems the parties are so far apart, it will be the judge who finishes it. Vik is not goint to take less than $100K and NSAV is not going to come near $57 mil. It comes down to what each party thinks they will get and if that is better or worse than they can get between themselves.
