Does anyone other than proto think the ECOC presentation revealed some kind of breakthrough?

If so please explain how the messaging differs significantly from previous messages.

Otherwise the market is going to miss it. If it can be shown to be a real change that is meaningful then the market WILL begin to recognize it.
