I know what I am about to say is going to sound strange, at a minimum it will seem counterintuitive, but look at who owns this stock now and how the owners are voting at the ASMs then think about what I am saying in relationship to that.
Not every investor in this stock is or has been looking for a very long term payout or generational wealth. Those mostly favoring management likely are more likely to be taking this view though, wouldn’t you say? If so, Linda has protected this company from an unwanted takeover by those buying up cheap shares after the first pop. See anyone promoting selling shares after the first pop and maybe prior to partnership news?; ). Long suffering longs, especially those retired or well past, and those with a shorter time frame horizon for wanting to lock in gains are likely the targets of this refrain to take the money and run with the first news. There were over 70,000,000 shares traded based on fear on May 10th, 2022 so even getting to 50,000,000 shares with approval might be difficult unless market makers are loading up. This is because it takes eyes on for new buyers to come in and there is always a lag with good news while current owners watching for price movement from a binary type event gets shares moved fast when fear takes hold.
On the flip side to the lower volume thought than May 10th, 2022 is that thing that October news is at the beginning of a new quarter and those institutions that are already interested can get in and out by the end of the quarter if NWBO hasn’t uplisted and meets the minimum price those funds require to maintain a position being reported by then. This upcoming Q4 is also a tax loss quarter so big funds can sell losers and buy NWBO and keep it if it gains momentum or sell at a gain against the tax losses of their other holdings if momentum is not sustained or the uplist does not happen within this Q4 period.
My guess is that all these things will occur as NWBO indicated that it will look like a much different company by the end of Q4. If so then Q4 is part of a well thought out plan that likely also includes the judge’s decision about the spoofing case and other significant news. Best wishes.
