another accusation that they are lying, maybe before you make these charges you might want to contact the owner of the building and inquire, or better yet take a trip and investigate for yourself. Isn't it possible that the building has unknown issues that will cost much more than anticipated ?

Over and above, the company has leased a property at 2501 Commercial St., San Diego, CA 92113, which is being modified to suit the needs of its pharmaceutical unit.
The company does not pay any rent at the moment, as the agreement with the landlord states that the rent will start once the facility is fully operational.
The landlord also covers some of the modification expenses, which will be deducted from the future rent payments.

What kind of commercial landlord lets a company have a space for 2 years and not pay a dime? That's what SHMN management wants us to believe.
