Wouldnt make sense to put together any large debt or equity deal when we are supposedly close to a major catalyst. Any large cap raise at this point would be a clear sign that we are far off IMO

We need to get some market recognition so we can raise money at reasonable levels. Dilution and trueups are killing common shareholders
