NICE need 5 years of data on how much it cost to produce the drug in order to make a decision if they ll be able to $$$ it.

Maybe NWBO has to wait on approval and a few years of production before applying. (especially with automatic system, which should decrease price).

There is quite a bit of information on the NICE process from NICE website, they are really transparent. Unfortunately it does take quite a few hours to read/watch their videos to understand (for a begginer like me anyway, unfamilliar with all these medical terms).

Maybe if one of the people on here that understand most of these terms would spend few hours reading/watching videos on the NICE process, they would find out exactly why.
