I do think that an MHRA MAA approval will help with an FDA MA; which is one important reason I suspect they are waiting to submit.

It is helpful, but I believe the FDA will decide strictly independently from the MHRA.

The MHRA and EMA are not total tools on the individual patient-level data subject. The FDA kinda is and they know it. Still, the FDA has not changed its way on the subject as they should have. Also hope is not a strategy
