For laughs, I will put on my smart pants and take a stab at what Lebby talked about. The fact that he was forced to talk to very large shareholders can't be a good sign in the short term.

The items shareholder most interested:
1. Explanation on what happened on promised contract last Dec. It was with SilOriX. We all know what happened.
2. A contract with tier 1 this year is in question.

The future still looks good:
1. Progress made, mainly AMF and interests from tier 1s.
2. Some progress with tier 1s, possibly some even in negotiations.
3. Lightwave EOP is uniquely positioned for success.
