This new addition to Lightwave's Board of Directors is extremely impressive. Dr. Connelly has the long history of success as a lead at Dupont as both a scientist and a business leader. Having large skill sets in both areas makes him more effective in projecting ahead for new applications for the polymers as well as business related activities in Lightwave's commercialization of its polymers. This is a man who sits at the top of the chemical engineering world and he could go to any number of large and profitable companies as a Board member yet he has joined Lightwave's Board of Directors. I look at that as a big endorsement to the likelihood of the company's success.
